Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and one-time purchases on EcoService Pro, a product of EcoPowerHub AI LLC.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New customers may request a full refund of their first subscription payment within 30 days of the charge date — no questions asked. This applies once per company account.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel anytime. After the initial 30-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Cancellations within 30 days of the annual charge are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, we offer a prorated refund of the unused months at our discretion, less any discounts applied to the annual price.
4. One-Time Purchases & Metered Credits
One-time purchases (add-on packs) and metered AI credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if untouched.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@ecopowerhub.ai from the email associated with your account, with subject "Refund Request" and your invoice ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Exceptions
- Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms.
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension.
- Taxes and third-party fees (e.g., Stripe processing) are non-refundable where law permits.
7. EU/UK Consumers
Where applicable, EU/UK consumers may be entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal in addition to the rights above. Statutory rights are not affected.
