Data Deletion / Right to be Forgotten

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. We comply with GDPR Article 17, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, PIPL, and other applicable laws.

What happens when you request deletion

• We verify your identity (typically via email confirmation).
• Your account, profile, jobs, customers, photos, and related operational records are permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Backups are purged within an additional 60 days under our rotation schedule.
• You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is complete.

What we may retain

• Financial and tax records (invoices, payment metadata) for up to 7 years as required by law.
• Aggregated, de-identified analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
• Records necessary to defend legal claims or comply with court orders.
